Confirmation Preparation

(typically in tenth grade)

Preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation is an eight month program which includes the following:

· A Community Called Catholic parish events

· Faith sharing groups in catechists’ homes on Sundays

· Large group events

· Sponsor & candidate gatherings

· A retreat on a retreat on Friday evening Nov. 18 and all day Saturday, November 19th

Confirmation begins at the beginning of the year Faith Formation Event on Sunday, Sept. 18th at 5:30pm.  A special meeting will be held for parents’ and candidate following the speaker.  The date for the Confirmation Mass is still to be determined by the Diocese of Winona.
